Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Diziket Marketing Agency, we aim to offer professional services with transparency and clearly defined responsibilities. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy below to understand our terms.

1. Ownership & Rights

  • The Client retains complete rights to all content, systems, and processes produced during the collaboration.
  • No design or development services will be offered after the successful delivery of the project.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Billing is done on an advance and leftover basis.
  • All payments must be completed by the project delivery date.
  • A penalty of ₹50 per day will be charged for overdue payments after the delivery date.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Either the Client or Diziket may terminate the contract at any time, with or without a specific reason.
  • A written notice of at least 20 days in advance is required before cancellation.
  • Services will continue during the notice period, and deliverables will be handed over accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for the current working month are non-refundable.
  • Pre-paid amounts for any future working month will be fully refunded upon cancellation.
  • Completed services and delivered work are not eligible for refunds.
  • In-progress services may be assessed for partial refunds at the sole discretion of Diziket.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Diziket is not responsible for any illegal activity performed by the client before or after project completion.
  • We are not liable for data loss, leaks, hacks, or website compromise post-delivery.
  • While we implement security measures, 100% hack-free performance is not guaranteed.
  • During domain migration to Diziket hosting, existing professional email data may be lost. Clients must back up all data beforehand.

6. Confidentiality

  • This policy, pricing, and service scope is exclusively applicable to the client as per the agreement.
  • Details must not be reused or disclosed without prior written permission from Diziket.
